Saudi Stock Exchange Index Closes Lower as Main Index Drops

Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index experienced a decline, closing down by 11.81 points to reach 10,885.58 points. The session witnessed trades valued at SAR 3.8 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 216 million shares were traded during the session. Out of these, 104 companies saw an increase in their value, while 148 companies ended the day with a decline.

In parallel, the Saudi Stock Exchange Index (Nomu) also faced a downturn, losing 110.54 points to close at 26,522.54 points. The trades on Nomu were valued at SAR 39 million, with a trading volume exceeding 7 million shares.
