Doha: Ruia confirmed Thursday that implementing the Israeli Kneet's declaration on imposing sovereignty over the West Bank and the Jordan Valley will lead to escalation in the Middle East.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ruian Foreign Ministry stated in a statement that implementing the Kneet's declaration to extend "Israeli sovereignty" over the West Bank will lead to escalation, stressing that the goal of conducting Palestinian-Israeli negotiations is to establish a Palestinian state.

The Israeli Kneet approved a resolution last Wednesday, expressing official support for imposing "Israeli sovereignty" over the occupied West Bank.
