Tbilisi: HE Director of the Diplomatic Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Zurab Darchiashvili, on Monday received a copy of the credentials of HE Ali Yousef Abdulrahman Al Mulla, Qatar's newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Tbilisi.

According to Qatar News Agency, this marks a step in strengthening diplomatic ties between Qatar and Georgia. The presentation of credentials is a formal procedure that signifies the readiness of the ambassador to begin their duties in the host country.

The meeting between the two officials underscores the commitment of both nations to fostering diplomatic relations and cooperation. As the new ambassador, HE Ali Yousef Abdulrahman Al Mulla will be responsible for representing Qatar's interests in Georgia and enhancing bilateral relations.
