Doha: Israeli occupation forces on Monday arrested 15 Palestinians, most of them former detainees, in raids across several areas of the occupied West Bank.
According to Qatar News Agency, a large force of the occupation army stormed the villages of Al-Lubban al-Gharbi and Rantis, northwest of Ramallah, raided dozens of homes, vandalized their contents, and arrested six residents of Rantis and five from Al-Lubban al-Gharbi.
The occupation forces also arrested three Palestinians from Nablus Governorate. Security sources stated that the forces arrested a young man after storming his home east of Nablus. They also raided the village of Zawata west of the city, arresting a man and his son after breaking into their home and ransacking its contents.
The occupation forces further arrested a young man from northeast of Hebron and detained dozens of people during their raid on the town of Al-Samu in the south. In addition, the forces stormed the village of Beit Ur al-Tahta, west of Ramallah, raided two homes, and tampered with their contents.
In recent months, Israeli occupation forces have intensified their incursions into cities, villages, and towns across the occupied West Bank, along with widespread raids and arrests, as well as the destruction of Palestinian homes and infrastructure in various communities.
