Stockholm: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met on Monday in Stockholm with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden Maria Malmer Stenergard. Discussions during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them, as well as developments in the region, particularly in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to a number of other issues of mutual interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing the cooperation between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and collaboration on international matters. Both ministers expressed their commitment to fostering stronger ties and working together on regional challenges. The discussions also highlighted the need for continued dialogue to address ongoing issues in the Middle East, particularly those affecting the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories.
