Jabalia: A Palestinian was martyred Wednesday by Israeli fire in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. Local sources reported that a citizen was martyred when Israeli forces opened fire on a number of residents in the camp.

According to Qatar News Agency, this brings the total number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip to 69,185 martyrs and 170,698 wounded. The total number of victims since the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 245 martyrs and 627 wounded.

A ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel came into effect on October 11, following the withdrawal of the Israeli army from its positions and populated areas in the Gaza Strip and the start of the return of displaced persons to the northern part of the Strip. This was part of the first phase of US President Donald Trump's initiative to end the war on Gaza.
