Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman and Russia on Wednesday held their second strategic dialogue session. The session was co-chaired by Major General Idris bin Abdulrahman Al Kindi, Secretary General of the National Security Council, representing the Omani side, and Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, representing the Russian side.

According to Qatar News Agency, the session addressed bilateral relations between the two countries. A number of issues of common interest were also discussed during the session.
