CGB, GTA Organize Rapid Recruitment Campaign for “Kawader” Platform Candidates

Doha: As part of joint efforts to empower national talent and enhance workforce localization in the government sector, the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB), in coordination with the General Tax Authority (GTA), organized a rapid recruitment campaign targeting candidates registered on the national employment coordination platform "Kawader" who applied for positions at the Authority.

According to Qatar News Agency, the campaign included on-the-spot interviews for more than 50 candidates seeking to join the General Tax Authority, reaffirming a commitment to attracting and qualifying national talent, enabling them to contribute effectively to the labor market and drive economic growth. The initiative reflects ongoing cooperation among government entities to develop the public sector, support national initiatives, and build a sustainable pool of qualified Qatari human resources committed to institutional excellence.

The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau continues its efforts to accelerate recruitment processes in government agencies through targeted initiatives such as the rapid recruitment campaign, in close coordination with the respective entities.

The General Tax Authority emphasized that the campaign helps enhance the efficiency of talent acquisition by streamlining the onboarding process in the tax sector and enabling direct interaction with national candidates. It reiterated its commitment to providing an attractive and stimulating work environment that offers promising career opportunities for Qatari youth, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030, which aims to build a modern, capable government capable of meeting challenges and achieving sustainable development.
