Doha: AC Milan's new signing Ardon Jashari will be sidelined for an unspecified period over injury. The 23-year-old Switzerland international sustained an open fracture in his right fibula during training on Thursday, which does not require surgical intervention, the Italian side has announced.

According to Qatar News Agency, the midfielder joined Massimiliano Allegri's side from Belgian side Club Brugge for pound 36 million.
