Doha: Hosts Qatar will kick off their West Asia Beach Volleyball Championship campaign on Wednesday. The event runs through May 10, featuring 11 men's teams and eight women's teams from seven Arab nations - Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Jordan, and Lebanon. Qatar is competing with three men's teams and three women's teams. According to Qatar News Agency, the championship is set to bring together top volleyball talent from across the region.
