Nato: Voting began Thursday in Uganda's presidential election amid heavy security measures. Crowds gathered and long lines formed in some areas as polling station openings were delayed. According to Qatar News Agency, some 21.6 million people are eligible to vote in Uganda, which has a population of roughly 45 million. The polls are expected to close at 4 p.m. local time, according to the electoral commission.
