Doha: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres strongly condemned the recent Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Secretary-General expressed strong disapproval over the civilian casualties resulting from the airstrikes, emphasizing the tragic loss of many children. His spokesperson, Stephane Dujarric, delivered the statement at a news conference, highlighting Guterres's appeal for all actions that jeopardize the ceasefire and threaten civilian lives to be denounced.
