UAE, Turkish Presidents Urge Diplomatic Efforts to Avoid Regional Crises

Abu Dhabi: During a phone conversation on Tuesday, HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President of the Republic of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized the necessity of intensifying efforts to de-escalate regional tensions. They advocated for a return to dialogue and the resolution of disputes through diplomatic channels to prevent further crises and maintain regional peace and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, both leaders exchanged viewpoints on regional and international issues of common interest, focusing on the evolving situation in the Middle East. They discussed the implications of Israeli military strikes against Iran, particularly concerning the security and stability of the region.

The Presidents expressed their support for efforts aimed at promoting peace in the region and ensuring security and stability for its inhabitants. They also explored the continuation of bilateral cooperation and joint efforts across various sectors to benefit both nations.
