Two people were killed on Monday in an Israeli raid on southern Lebanon. Two civilians were killed in the raid that targeted an inhabited house in the city of Bint Jbeil, the Lebanese News Agency reported. Field sources said that Israeli warplanes launched raids targeting the city of Bint Jbeil and the towns of Kafr Kila, Mays Al Jabal, and Marwahin. Israeli artillery also targeted the outskirts of the town of Kafr Hamam. The Israeli entity continues its escalation against the towns and villages of southern Lebanon, in conjunction with its brutal and continuous aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, which resulted in deaths and injuries among civilians and forced hundreds of families to flee their homes.
