Ankara: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan discussed with his French counterpart Jean-Noel Barrot the developments of the Russia-Ukraine crisis in a phone call on Tuesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two ministers discussed the outcomes of the high-profile US-Russia meeting in Alaska where President Donald Trump met his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. They also tackled Monday's Washington meeting involving Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, several European leaders and NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, which aimed to end the Russia-Ukraine war.
