Doha: HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab met with Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Afghanistan Arafat Jamal, who is visiting the country.
