An earthquake measuring 4.9 magnitude on the Richter scale struck the state of Guerrero, south of Mexico, on Wednesday. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said that the tremor occurred 5 km from the city of Cruz Grande city, at a depth of 56.3 km. So far, there have been no reports of material damage or human loss as a result of the tremor.
