Doha: HE Chairman of Qatar Media Corporation Sheikh Hamad bin Thamer Al-Thani issued a decision assigning HE Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Jassim Al-Thani to carry out the duties and responsibilities of CEO of Qatar Media Corporation. This new role is in addition to his current position as Director of the Media Development Department.

According to Qatar News Agency, the decision was made on Thursday. Sheikh Khalid will now oversee the operations and strategic initiatives of Qatar Media Corporation while continuing his work in media development. This appointment aims to ensure continuity and development within the corporation's leadership. Sheikh Khalid's dual roles are expected to drive forward the corporation's objectives in media innovation and outreach.
