Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the elimination of 490 Ukrainian soldiers in the past 24 hours. The ministry stated that Russian forces have successfully captured the town of Alexandropol in the Donetsk People's Republic. Additionally, units from the Russian Southern Military District have reportedly improved their tactical situation on the front lines and targeted Ukrainian armed forces and equipment in several areas.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry's statement detailed the destruction of three bombs, a missile, and 80 drones. Furthermore, it reported the destruction of a tank, seven electronic warfare stations, three armored vehicles, and four ammunition depots.
