Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index started Wednesday trading down by 0.10%, losing 11.49 points to fall to the level of 11,394 points, compared to the previous session close, pressured by four sectors.
According to Qatar News Agency, figures from QSE showed a positive performance in the Telecoms sector by 0.93%, Insurance by 0.38%, and Transportation by 0.34%. Meanwhile, performance was negative in Real Estate by 0.07%, Industrials by 0.16%, and both Consumer Goods and Services and Banks and Financial Services by 0.21% each.
At 10:00 AM, QSE recorded 2,863 transactions worth QAR 59.126 million, distributed over 25.137 million shares.
