Doha: Al-Raya newspaper emphasized the importance of education as a crucial pillar of Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV 2030), highlighting the significant efforts made by the State of Qatar to develop and invest in this sector over the past few years. The editorial noted that numerous comprehensive reforms have been implemented to establish a world-class education system, offering exceptional opportunities for outstanding education and training. The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has approved a new academic calendar for the academic years 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028. This calendar considers various educational, cultural, and national factors, aligning with the Ministry's vision of a flexible and inclusive educational system.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al-Raya also reported on amendments to the education system, which now include certain allowances and bonuses in the total salary calculation during vacation periods, with specific exceptions. The paper emphasized that Qatar's education system is a model for the region, focusing on sustainable development through educational investment. The editorial concluded by highlighting the country's focus on human development, driven by its leadership, and the accelerated pace of educational development since the establishment of the current system, which encompasses all levels of education up to university.

Meanwhile, The Peninsula newspaper celebrated Qatar's participation at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, through its editorial featuring the Qatar Pavilion's celebration of Qatar's National Day. Designed by architect Kengo Kuma in collaboration with Qatar Museums (QM), the pavilion stood out as a prominent landmark at the expo. The Pavilion's theme, 'From the Coastline, We Progress,' captivated a global audience and underscored Qatar's commitment to cultural diplomacy, a key aspect of QNV 2030.

The Peninsula noted that the Qatari pavilion's activities showcased the country's rich cultural heritage, blending centuries-old traditions with a future vision. It highlighted the pavilion's design, inspired by traditional Qatari dhow boats and Japanese wood joinery, symbolizing the shared maritime heritage between Qatar and Japan. This representation spoke to the historical role of the sea as a conduit for communication, trade, and cultural exchange between the two nations. Concluding, the newspaper asserted that Qatar's presence at Expo 2025 Osaka exemplifies its ability to bridge tradition with modernity.
