Doha: Qatari stocks ended trading higher today, with the Qatar Stock Exchange index closing 0.2 percent higher to reach 10,989.53 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, total shares traded during the session were 190,437,166 shares, with a value of 533,897,596.034 riyals, through the execution of 37,369 transactions in all sectors. Shares of 37 companies closed higher, while shares of 11 other companies fell, and 6 companies remained unchanged.

The market capitalization at the end of the trading session reached QR 660,050,471,646.446.
