Qatari Equestrian Team Shines in Italy and Netherlands Championships

Doha: The Qatari equestrian team has showcased impressive performances in recent international competitions, highlighting their growing prowess on the global stage. Salman Mohammed Al Emadi secured a commendable third place in the CSI2 category (140 cm time trial - Rule 238.2.1) at the Cervia International Championship in Italy, representing the Wathnan team with his horse, Toblerone OS.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari team and Al Shaqab Academy riders also delivered remarkable performances in the Netherlands at the Valkenswaard International Championship. The riders excelled particularly in the CSI2 category, competing at a height of 120 cm, underscoring the academy's meticulous preparation for international events.

Moreover, equestrian Ibrahim Yousef Al Mahmoud achieved first place in the 135 cm category on the concluding day of the Longines Global Rising Champions Cup. This victory further cements the esteemed position of Qatari equestrian sport internationally.

These achievements reflect the concerted efforts to enhance the skills of Qatari riders and illustrate the progress of Qatari participation in international championships, both individually and as a team.
