Kabul: A Qatari aircraft carrying medical aid, including four ambulances provided by the Qatar Fund for Development, arrived at Kabul Airport on Thursday. According to Qatar News Agency, the aid was formally received by HE Deputy Minister of Public Health in the Afghan Caretaker Government, Mawlawi Bakht-ur-Rahman Sharafat, along with Acting Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Afghanistan, Dr. Mirdef bin Ali Al Qashouti.
