Hanoi:Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Manuel Osa Nsue Nsua of Equatorial Guinea in honor of the country's Independence Day.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message was conveyed in a cable to mark the occasion, celebrating the national milestone of Equatorial Guinea.
