Qatar Condemns Settlers’ Storming of Al Aqsa Mosque Courtyards and Attack on Palestinian Mosque

Doha: The State of Qatar has issued a strong condemnation following the storming of the Al Aqsa Mosque courtyards by settlers and the attack on the Al Hajja Hamida Mosque located in the Palestinian village of Kafr Haris. These actions have been described by Qatar as blatant violations of international law and resolutions of international legitimacy.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement on Friday emphasizing that any attempts to undermine the religious and historical significance of Al Aqsa Mosque represent an attack not only on Palestinians but also on millions of Muslims around the world.

The Ministry expressed Qatar's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, highlighting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, including their right to practice their religious rites freely and to establish an independent state within the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
