Doha: The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Slovak Republic held a round of political consultations in Doha. HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi represented Qatar, while HE State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Marek Estok represented Slovakia.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on cooperation between the two countries and explored ways to support and strengthen these relations. A significant outcome of the consultations was the signing of an agreement for mutual exemption from entry visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports.
