Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Dr. Harini Amarasuriya on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day.
