Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met today with HE United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Senior Humanitarian and Reconstruction Coordinator for Gaza, Sigrid Kaa, who is visiting the country. During their meeting, they focused on strengthening cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United Nations. According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also covered the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. Both parties addressed regional and international efforts aimed at securing a ceasefire in the Strip and explored ways to ensure the unobstructed delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
