Kabul: HE Prime Minister in the caretaker government of Afghanistan Mohammad Hasan Akhund received the credentials of HE Dr. Mirdif bin Ali Al Qashouti as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Afghanistan.
