Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani today engaged in a phone call with HH Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The conversation focused on exploring avenues to enhance cooperation between the two countries and addressing pressing regional issues.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussion between the two foreign ministers included the latest developments in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories, emphasizing the recent ceasefire agreement and the exchange of detainees and prisoners. Furthermore, they exchanged views on the current situation in Syria and deliberated on several other topics of mutual concern, highlighting the importance of maintaining regional stability and fostering collaborative efforts in the face of ongoing challenges.
