Ramallah: Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Moustafa engaged in discussions with Odile Renaud-Basso, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), focusing on enhancing cooperation in several key areas, particularly the reconstruction efforts in the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting underscored the necessity of mobilizing additional financial resources for EBRD investments. These investments, potentially in the form of grants or loans, aim to bolster the private sector, specifically targeting the development and efficient utilization of the water sector.

Moreover, the talks included support for digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on providing technical assistance to digitize government services and enhance electronic payment systems.
