Ramallah: The Palestinian Cabinet on Tuesday warned of a dangerous Israeli plan to reoccupy Gaza City and demolish the remaining neighborhoods and facilities, pushing as many as a million Palestinians to be displaced once again amid conditions that even lack the minimum elements of life.

According to Qatar News Agency, this plan will aggravate the population density in the already decimated and unlivable areas of the southern enclave, contemporaneously with the restrictions imposed on the flow of humanitarian aid and the pervasive famine, the Palestinian Cabinet stressed during its weekly session.

The Cabinet further noted that Israel's admission of the crime of targeting journalists, civil defense personnel, and patients at Nasser Hospital on Monday only came after it had been documented live by the camera lens.

It hoped that this crime and other criminal acts would serve as a motivation for further effective international pressure to halt the war of annihilation against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

For two weeks, Gaza City has been coming under intense attacks from the Israeli occupation army in conjunction with a relentless aggression against the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, which has, heretofore, resulted in 62,819 martyrs and 158,629 injured.
