Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister Engages in Talks with UK Minister on International Developments

Doha: Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar discussed the latest regional and international developments with UK Minister for Africa, UN, Commonwealth Lord Collins of Highbury, on the sidelines of the United Nations Security Council's open debate chaired by Pakistan.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two sides also discussed bilateral relations between Pakistan and the United Kingdom and ways to strengthen them in the areas of economy, trade, investment, and parliamentary ties.

The Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and the UK Minister expressed their deep concern over the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and stressed the importance of the upcoming international conference on the two-state solution, scheduled to be held on July 28.
