Doha: Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari discussed Thursday with visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi bilateral relations, as well as commercial, economic, and investment cooperation, and the enduring strategic partnership between the two countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, Zardari reaffirmed that the long-standing friendship and strategic partnership with China remain a cornerstone of Pakistan's foreign policy. He also reiterated Pakistan's strong commitment to advancing the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), describing it as a key component of the shared vision to promote regional connectivity, economic integration, and peaceful neighborhood relations.
