Jeddah: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned in the strongest terms the blatant attack by the Israeli occupation forces on military infrastructure in the south of the Syrian Arab Republic. The OIC emphasized the severity of the situation and the potential ramifications for regional stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the OIC General Secretariat expressed its strong condemnation of the Israeli occupation forces' persistent violations of Syria's sovereignty and territories and their attempts to undermine its security and stability. The OIC held the Israeli occupation forces fully responsible for the continuation of such attacks, which they believe are detrimental to peace efforts in the region.

The General Secretariat reaffirmed the OIC's support and solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic. It called on the international community to take action to implement relevant international resolutions and laws to ensure respect for the sovereignty, unity, security, and stability of Syria.
