Doha: The national committee responsible for crafting the National Action Plan for Human Rights (2026-2030) convened for its fourth meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters.
According to Qatar News Agency, the committee reviewed the latest advancements in the development of the national action plan. The discussions covered the outcomes of recent consultative sessions and the ongoing progress in drafting the plan, including the objectives aimed at advancing and safeguarding human rights within the country.
Additionally, the committee focused on enhancing coordination among various entities to ensure that the plan aligns with national strategies, international best practices, and Qatar's commitments to human rights.
