Doha: Mwani Qatar announced that it handled 143,000 tons of general and bulk cargo during June, a 151 percent increase compared to the same month in 2024.

According to Qatar News Agency, Mwani Qatar confirmed in a post on the X platform that it received 232 ships during the month of June. The report highlighted that 133,461 standard containers were received. Additionally, the handling of cars and equipment reached 9,883 units.

The data from Mwani Qatar further indicated that the handling of livestock reached 15,229 heads. The handling of building and construction materials recorded a level of 25,742 tons, showcasing the port's capabilities in managing diverse types of cargo.
