Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met with HE Executive Director of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), Catherine Russell, who is currently visiting the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting discussed aspects of cooperation between the State of Qatar and UNICEF, enhancing humanitarian and development partnerships, the latest regional developments, particularly in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, Syria, Lebanon, Sudan, and Afghanistan, as well as other issues of mutual concern.
