Doha: HE Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, highlighted the crucial role that educational and academic institutions play in the development of national capacities. During a lecture at Qatar Foundation's Academic Bridge Program (ABP), he stressed the importance of diligence, hard work, and perseverance in enabling young people to build skills, achieve aspirations, and contribute to Qatar's progress.
According to Qatar News Agency, Dr. Al Subaie made these remarks in front of ABP students, senior management team members, and Abeer Al Khalifa, the President of Pre-University Education at Qatar Foundation. His visit to the ABP headquarters included a briefing on student projects focused on environmental sustainability and artificial intelligence applications. Additionally, he reviewed the educational and training programs and services provided by ABP for pre-university students.
The Academic Bridge Program, established in 2001 by a decision of HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation and Education Above All, stands as one of Qatar's leading academic centers. It prepares and qualifies students for admission to Education City universities, as well as top local and international institutions.
