Microsoft: Microsoft announced that it will permanently stop supporting the Office Lens app, known as Microsoft Lens, on iOS and Android. The decision marks an end to the standalone app's availability and functionality.

According to Qatar News Agency, the company stated that it will remove the app from the App Store and Google Play on February 9 and will no longer be operational on March 9. This decision follows the integration of scanning features within OneDrive, which allows users to capture documents and convert them to PDF, DOCX, and PPT.

Microsoft confirmed that the new features in OneDrive provide the same functions as Office Lens while also enhancing file management and cloud merging to ease document follow-ups and minimize the need for an independent application.
