Kuwait and Egypt Discuss Military Cooperation

Kuwait city: Kuwait and Egypt have held talks focused on strengthening military cooperation and exploring ways to enhance collaboration between their armed forces. The discussions involved high-level military officials from both nations.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Chief of Staff of the Kuwait Army, Lt. Gen. Khaled Al Shariaan, and his Egyptian counterpart, Lt. Gen. Ahmed Khalifa, highlighted the ongoing coordination and partnership in defense matters between the two countries. The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to work closely in military endeavors.

The two sides also took stock of the issues of mutual concern, aiming to address and strategize on matters that could benefit both countries' defense capabilities and security interests. The talks reflect a shared interest in enhancing regional stability through collaborative defense efforts.
