Gaza city: Five Palestinians were martyred and others injured Friday following an Israeli airstrike on a residential home in northern Gaza.

According to Qatar News Agency, five martyrs and several wounded were transported to Al Shifa Medical Complex in western Gaza City after Israeli forces bombed a populated house in Jabalia Al Nazla.

Medical sources in Gaza reported that 18 Palestinians have been martyred since dawn today due to Israeli strikes on various areas across the Strip.

The ongoing and wide-scale Israeli aggression on Gaza, which began on Oct. 7, 2023, has resulted in more than 198,000 martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, along with over 10,000 missing persons, hundreds of thousands displaced, widespread famine claiming many lives including children, and extensive destruction of infrastructure.
