Jerusalem: Israeli settlers stormed Wednesday the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.

According to Qatar News Agency, 319 settlers entered the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups, conducting provocative tours and performing Talmudic rituals. This incident is part of a larger pattern observed since the beginning of the full-scale Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in October 2023.

The report highlights that more than 68,000 settlers have stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the occupation forces during this period. The incidents have been accompanied by tightened entry procedures to the mosque and increased restrictions at the entrances to the Old City.
