The two leaders held discussions focusing on recent regional and international developments, as well as efforts to maintain stability in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting between HH the Amir and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan addressed the rapidly changing dynamics in the region, particularly ongoing tensions related to Iranian activities and their broader security implications. HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani also engaged in discussions with John Healey during his visit to Qatar. The meeting explored defense cooperation and joint coordination in response to current regional conditions. In a separate call with HE Minister of Defense of Italy Guido Crosetto, Sheikh Saoud discussed security updates and joint cooperation amid ongoing developments.

Also, HE Minister of Labor Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri chaired a meeting of the Workforce Planning Committee to review progress on initiatives under the National Development Strategy.
