Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call Tuesday from HE Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. The conversation highlighted the strong diplomatic ties and mutual interests shared by Qatar and Pakistan.
According to Qatar News Agency, the call commenced with both leaders exchanging congratulations and greetings in light of the blessed month of Ramadan. The conversation then transitioned to discussing the cooperation relations between the two countries and exploring ways to support and enhance them across various fields.
The dialogue also included a focus on the latest developments in the region, particularly the current situation in the Middle East. Both leaders shared their perspectives on reducing escalation and promoting stability, emphasizing the significance of diplomatic solutions and dialogue as means to resolve crises at both regional and global levels.
