Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Law No. (26) of 2025 approving the State's general budget for the fiscal year 2026. The law stipulated its implementation and enforcement as of Jan. 1, 2026, and that it be published in the Official Gazette.

According to Qatar News Agency, the approval of the budget marks a significant step in the country's fiscal planning.
