Khan Younis: Hamas Movement on Thursday handed over three Israeli hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in southern Gaza's city Khan Younis, as part of the prisoner swap deal between the two sides, following the signing of the ceasefire agreement.

According to Qatar News Agency, the handing over of several hostages today is the third tranche of the first phase of the exchange deal within the ceasefire agreement. The ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, which took effect on January 19, 2025, includes provisions for the Israeli occupation army halting military operations in the Gaza Strip.
