Doha: Al Sadd coach Roberto Mancini affirmed his team's readiness to face Al Shamal in their match at Al Shamal Club Stadium on Monday, as part of the Doha Bank Stars League Week 11.

According to Qatar News Agency, Mancini emphasized the importance of this match in closing the points gap with the league leaders. He remarked, "This will be a difficult match because Al Shamal are a very good team, but for us, it is very important to reduce the points gap between us and the league leaders." Mancini also highlighted the positive impact of their recent victory in the AFC Champions League Two, noting its significance for both their league competition and the team's morale.

On the other side, Al Shamal coach David Prats expressed his expectations for a challenging match against the title-holding Al Sadd. Prats stated, "We are expecting a very tough match against a top-level team that holds the league title and boasts a number of exceptionally talented players. However, I have complete confidence in my players, their ability to take responsibility and their capacity to achieve the desired result."
