The authorities concerned in al-Suwayda governorate dismantled an ISIS terrorist cell that attempted to carry out a terrorist operation against civilians in the city. During a qualitative operation in the city's western neighborhood, the competent authorities eliminated a terrorist who attempted to blow himself up with an explosive belt and arrested another one wearing similar belt, SANA reporter there stated.
